Modern and spacious open plan bungalow

Pros: Good location, modern with a nice big tv. Lovely decorated bedrooms. Had a problem with the heating, spoke to Karen and Graham came to the rescue within15 minutes and fixed the problem.

Cons: No iron available, welcome pack would have been a nice touch and no spiders in the bathroom🫣

Short break

Pros: Nice quiet location, enclosed garden for the dog and easy parking.

Cons: TV was a bit too high up on the wall.

Relaxing break in modern accommodation with sunroom & enclosed garden - perfect in the warm weather

Pros: Bungalow was very well furnished and equipped. Lovely sun room and small enclosed garden. Allocated off road parking space. Everything was comfortable and we were able to have a relaxing break. Easy to access Felixstowe and Woodbridge for days out and walking.

This property truly met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay

Pros: Property was very well equiped and nicely laid out.

Cons: Only problem was TV which is set very high on the wall so uncomfortable to watch

Lovely spacious dog friendly bungalow

Pros: Had a lovely time the bungalow was well equipped and very comfortable and really nice and homely. Also was in a great location just down the road from felixstowe and lots of dog walks would recommend it

Cons: Nothing was worth the money

Pros: Beautiful bungalow. Our 3rd stay in one of Karen's bungalows and we're never disappointed 🥰

Pros: Everything was superb, clean friendly bungalow nice peaceful location. Close to alot of tourist attractions. Host Karen was so understanding for letting us check in earlier than except ed time. Myself and my family we really enjoyed hosted by Karen.we will come back again.

Cons: Nnone

Pros: Great place. Everything you could possibly need. Very clean with storage. All the white goods you would need. The garden is enclosed and private. The dogs and I loved it for an alfresco breakfast. The beds were comfortable the sofas snuggly and there was lots of light. The bungalow is small but didn't feel it at all. Would happily return if I needed to be in the area. There is a beautiful green space right next to the house which leads to miles of walks. The owner responded quickly and was amazingly kind and helpful.

Cons: It was not a bad point - just a planning point - the welcome pack was a couple of tea bags and a sachet of coffee with a couple of milk pots. You will need to bring your own milk and drinks. Being picky, I'd buy new baking trays. However I thought the accommodation was perfect this did not affect my view.
