Pros: The location was superb! Everything right on your doorstep. The beds were very comfy and the kids loved the upside down layout of the house.

Cons: Although it was cleaned for face value, certain aspects of cleaniless were below expetation. For example every wooden surface had a layer of dust. Washing machine was full of mould both inside the drum and in the draw. Which we put it on ourselves to clean it out before use and the amount of mould that came off from both drum and draw was disgusting. Clearly this isnt cleaned at all. Kitchen utensils and appliances are tired and worn out that much that the non stick was pealing off some things. No pizza trays provided either. Mold also on the shower curtain. Bath towels were a little small.

High Quality & Well Maintained Property - Comfy, Clean, Great Location

Pros: Great location, with quick access to beach, sea, restaurants, shops, gym.

Cons: Parking can prove awkward at times, but soon clears later in evening.

Home from home property in great seaside location

Pros: Great location really close to the beach, pier, restaurants and bars. Home from home feel, with garden space, washing machine, tv, lounge area. Lovely showers and bathroom. Really well kept and maintained property

Pros: Ein sehr großes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den beiden schönsten Stränden von felixstowe. In direkter Nachbarschaft viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen, trinken und einkaufen. Das Zentrum ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Perfekt für bis zu fünf Personen.
