Beautiful renovation, history lovers dream stay.

Pros: We lived the history attached to staying here, the location, the way y it y has been renovated to such a high spec. Beautiful attention to detail- a real labour of love. Location within walking distance was perfect for older members of our family and gave the younger ones indépendance to explore the town in their own.

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like about the property itself .

We had a two night stay, the accommodation was comfortable and in a good location.

Pros: The location was great, especially since it had a garage. The house is clean and spacious for a group booking. My family felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will come again.

Cons: Our stay was short, so I cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Fun bang in town !

Pros: A building with history but every mod con you could wish for, there are some steep and plentiful stairs to handle but a welcoming place to stay ! We loved the church bells too!

Cons: Not a thing

We had our grandchildren with us and my sisters grandchild. It was a nice big space for families.

Pros: kitchen was nice but could do with more larger bowls for salads etc.

Cons: No toilet brushes in bathrooms. Also no hand towel in toilet near utility room. Master bedroom no hanging space for clothes. Also papers left behind set of drawers near window. Study pull out bed not comfortable.

Pros: The house was clean and big for a family of 10. It was near to town and park. Definitely, we will come back again.

Cons: The bell it was too much

Quirky house central to all the all amenities.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. So central to all the amenities. The property had everything you would need to make your stay confortable. Clean and very well equipped.

Cons: Nothing it was very quirky really enjoyed reading about the house in the book.

A lovely house, with good accommodation for a larger group. In a great location close to amenities.

Pros: Lovely old house with an interesting history. Plenty of accommodation for 9 of us, comfortable beds, nice outside space. Great location quiet but near the Main Street and the quay.

Cons: We only had 4 outside chairs and we had lovely weather so we ate outside all weekend, I have given this feedback to the hosts so hopefully this will be rectified, they accepted the feedback and apologised. We still had a great stay.

Pros: Very clean, lovely welcome pack Clean and comfortable beds Spacious area for large groups

Cons: Nothing Just a point about mirrors Could do with more near plug points

Absolutely loved the house, location and history of this house.

Pros: Amazing quirky property with bags of historical features and modern facilities just off the high street within walking distance to shops pubs and restaurants. Great parking and enclosed garden.

Cons: It was a little difficult for my elderly parents going upstairs on the steep stairs each time to the lounge area.

Pros: Very comfortable beds and seating. Had everything you'd need during your stay. Very clean throughout. Modern facilities whilst keeping the original features and theme throughout. Great communication for easy check in/out.

Cons: The church bells take a little getting used to during the night!
