Very central base for exploring local area

Pros: Very central location. 2 mins walk to town, 2 mins in other direction for Lidl/Tesco/pub by the river. Loads of pub/restaurant options nearby. Great for exploring and visiting local attractions. Were only there 2 nights; would have been good base for longer. Parking arrangements useful - 2 cars accommodated, 20 seconds walk away. Comfortable beds. Pool table was a hit with the youths.

Cons: Some areas could do with a deeper clean - cobwebs etc, and maybe provide some cleaning products for guest use.
