A wonderful stay in a beautiful location

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Lynford Holiday Cottages. The location is amazing, right next to the arboretum, and the on-site cafe is fantastic for coffee and snacks. Communication with our hosts was great and we really appreciated the lovely little touches provided in our welcome package. Thank you so much!

Cons: The noise from the nearby military bases during the day time was louder than expected and was quite disconcerting before we read that section of the guide. It might be good to mention this in advance communications, just to save people any worrying.

Perfection!

Pros: Stunning location, stunning inside, Christmas tree was a nice touch, so comfortable. 25 min walk from local village pub, chip shop and fresh Farm produce cafe- Browns. The Shepard’s Bar Cafe was stunning with indoor and outdoor seating. Short and long walks available around the woods.

Pros: The setting for this little cottage is absolutely beautiful. Near by parking was easy. The cottage was clean, compact and very cosy.

Pros: Lovely cottage, lovely setting and Shepherds Baa coffee hub and seating area exceptional. This was 2nd visit and will return next year. My son and family live nearby and we come from N I. to visit .
