Lovely property in countryside location.

Pros: Lovely outdoor space. Spacious indoors, fully fitted kitchen, comfy beds. Countryside location. Lots of information provided by owners.

Making memories as a family

Pros: We loved the garden, wrapped around, all enclosed with decking. The games were a great touch, bean bags for outside when it’s sunny. I loved the motion sensor lights in the corridor as we have a 2 year old so helped in the evening after she went to bed. Can’t wait to stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Such an amazing place to stay - probably the best cottage I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could think of and then some more, was supplied. The welcome basket exceeded anything we’ve ever had before. The beds were amazing! We could have fitted another person in them they were so big. The whole place was so comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Cons: Leaving! I wanted to stay there forevermore!

Excellent hosts, comfy beds and a really nice property

Pros: We loved the garden and comfy beds, and the starter pack with provisions is the best we have ever seen. The hosts were terrific too. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: The sofas are nice quality but very low, not ideal for older guests who visit.

Pros: Stunning home from home for both 2legged and 4legged family members. Beautiful garden, peaceful location, amazingly well thought out Lodge with everything and more you could want for a relaxing break. Kind and generous hosts. Check in and check out times were great too as often have much shorter windows elsewhere. Decorated beautifully for christmas and even looked like a gingerbread house with its fairy lights from the outside at night!

Quiet, relaxing and welcoming

Pros: Quiet, tucked away location. Beautiful layout and very well appointed. The complimentary basket was a nice touch. Excellent communication and directions. One of, if not the best, places I have stayed at. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely book again.

Cons: Definitely not a negative, but It felt strange to me having to drive past someone’s house to get to the property.

Pros: A peaceful little hideaway, perfect for our family with dog whilst visiting the area. The lodge is very tastefully decorated with a calming colour scheme throughout. The beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in and we loved the swing and giant beanbags in the garden. Honestly one of the best places we've stayed in. Highly recommended and lots of nice pubs within a few minutes drive.

Perfect stay.

Pros: What a hidden gem this property is. Fully equipped with all you could possibly need for a stay. Clean, tidy and spacious. The hosts Rikki and Phil couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Pros: The whole place was beautifully equipped, kitted out. It was quiet and plenty of parking. There was an amazing welcome hamper for us all to share. It had a lovey relaxed theme throughout the cottage, all in green just like the name.There was plenty of plates etc. It was very clean and would have loved to stay longer. The garden was restful too. In the morning we saw the muntjac feeding on the mulberries.

Cons: The sink in the kitchen didn't hold water, just needed a new washer and the front door was troublesome to lock sometimes. This property is probably the best one I have stayed in. Excellent.
