Good value

Pros: The location of the property was excellent. Everything within walking distance including Dad's Army Museum. It had Everything we needed and was extremely clean. Easy check in and out

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: The house is small but very functional. I like the location, it was perfect for the event we were attending.

Cons: Unfortunately the iron/ironing board wasn't in the best condition. The previous people must have had it too hot and it ruined the plate a little but is not the owners fault and unfortunately the boards cover didnt fit properly and kept slipping off.

Our stay was fantastic, accommodation was clean with comfortable beds, quiet location, good wifi

Pros: Breakfast wasn't an option with our accommodation. The location was especially convenient for our family event. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet.

Cons: The stairs were too steep, not suitable for older people and people with bad knees

Pros: There is free parking in the car park behind the house! Although the house is small it provides everything you need! Good kitchen, good bathroom with a great shower! The lounge is very small but the courtyard provides a nice outside area! It was very clean! The bedding is old but clean! Beds are comfy! Great position for Thetford town!

Cons: The stairs are very steep and could prove difficult for some! The bedding could do with being replaced but it was all clean!

Pros: Great location, right in the centre of town but still very quiet. Free parking available nearby and convenient for the property.

Cons: The stairs were very narrow and steep which was a problem for one member of our party who had recently undergone knee surgery.

Pros: Close to everything we needed. Very clean and fab little home

Pros: I cancelled my other trip so I could enjoy seeing all my friends here and going to the local bingo club too which I won every day with some profit to pay for another stay soon I really thought this stay was great value for a 8 day stay thank you I hope to visit again soon thanks to all the team

Cons: Nothing really everything was there only I could have had more tea towels I had to wash the one there but that's all
