1 Tailors Cottage

Well located quiet cosy property.

Pros: Very well located right within walking distance to the centre and the station. Kitchen was very well appointed to deal with all possible cooking scenarios. Located in very quiet back street so minimal road noise.

Cons: Visited in winter and heating kept on powering down leaving property cold during nights. Property had a dishwasher when a washing machine would have been far more useful.

Excellent.

Pros: Excellent location. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Sweet little home from home in the heart of Woodbridge

Pros: Lovely little house in a great location. Small touches like tea and coffee, plus toiletries in the bathroom were appreciated. And especially everything for washing up/ dishwasher.

Best cottage we've stayed in in Woodbridge

Pros: Great location, just a couple of minutes from Thoroughfare, which is Woodbridge's main shopping street, but still quiet. The cottage is very comfortable, with a cosy, homely feel. We've given the cottage a top rating because it is definitely the best we have stayed in for any of our regular trips to Woodbridge. One minor niggle was that the mattress was far too soft for our liking (and the fitted bottom sheet was too short for the mattress), but that is personal preference.

Cons: Anyone booking this location should be aware that, being right in the centre of Woodbridge, parking isn't easy. There is no on-street parking in the road where the cottage is located and the closest is limited to a one hour stay between 8.00am and 6.-00pm. We were able to use the short stay car park for overnight parking as payment applies between 8.00am and 6.00pm and then use a parking app for payment from 8.00am - but that car park has a four hour limit. We were there in December and would imagine that in busier holiday periods parking close by would be more of a challenge.

Served it’s needs.

Pros: Having visited Woodbridge many times as my parents live there, it was a last minute visit due to a hospital visit the cottage was very central for our needs.

Great location. Lovely house.

Pros: Lovely little house. Clean and cosy in a great location.

Cons: No tea or coffee. We brought our own food but had expected those basics. It took us a day to work out that the pull switch was required for the shower. Perhaps the instruction book could be amended.
