Pros: Perfect location and very comfortable beds. Lovely welcome pack and even a Xmas tree for our stay, would highly recommend

Central location for town and surrounding attractions

Pros: Lovely features, good space for a family with multiple bathrooms. Parking is nearby and not expensive.

Cons: Nothing in particular, the heating was fiddly as I didn’t want to alter settings, maybe a summary guide of the basics.

Pros: Great location ,spacious living area and 2 good sized bedrooms ..Really enjoyed our stay ,welcome folder was really useful. Thanks for the book token ,bought our granddaughter a nice book

Cons: Windows wouldn't open jn twin bedded room ,so too hot at night ,there was a fan but not adequate for hot temperatures.

Great!

Pros: Very nice bedrooms, sitting room and bathrooms. and small outside courtyard with tables and chairs Lots and lots of lovely books and a nice welcome bag including a book token to spend at the lovely Bookshop below. Woodbridge is a beautiful place with lots of walks along estuary etc.

Cons: A minor thing and am only mentioning it as it might help future guests but we spent some time trying to access the key from the wrong key lock box so if the description of the key box was a little more detailed that would have helped us!
