Novotel Cambridge North

Good value and a nice atmosphere

Pros: It’s great overall . A lovely half hour walk along the river into Cambridge or an easy bus or train. Breakfast is excellent. Even in busy times the managers Bea and Genni provide amazing customer service.

Pros: Easy to find and park, all staff were pleasant and helpful, evening meal and breakfast were good.

Cons: Gym has limited space, but clean

Comfortable, high quality hotel

Pros: Good value hotel, very comfortable and quiet for a 1 night stay and the breakfast was excellent.

Pros: Swimming pool, facilities, calm ambient, really clean and new. Staff friendly, buffet amazing. Miss a bit more fruit in breakfast though.

Cons: Would like a bit more fruit in breakfast.

Pros: Checked in by the very professional Josh. Regular at this hotel and its the best for a Cambridge or London visit. Swimming pool is spot on

Cons: You'll always find a space, but the car park is not free, £10 for 24 hours

Perfect

Pros: Location was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful the pool and gym was perfect and would deffo come back for a repeat visit.

Cons: The room could have been a bit cleaner with some splash stains on the walls around the toilet and also only two teabags in the room.

Pros: The room was very comfortable, the shower was amazing

Cons: Got woken up at 9 am for house keeping

Pros: Was great, warm, welcoming! Loved the executive suite! Paying for the add ons for Valentine’s Day was perfect!

Cons: We loved it all!

Pros: We truly enjoy the stay in the hotel. Room, pool very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons: Parking could be an issue, but we were preper to use the train station car park.

Great room, nice location and nice decor

Pros: The decor, the location, good facilities, well thought out rooms with mini fridge and a good value for money

Cons: I’d have to say the toilet door 😅 being a new couple the door for the bathroom swings into the toilet door it doesn’t feel very private.
