A lovely stay, planning to return!

Pros: Gorgeous property, would recommend to everyone. Spa is lovely, rooms are comfortable. Good location.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Breakfast was great good selection and eggs cooked how you liked.The bar service was good and friendly staff very helpful.The hotel great location to city and for walks across the green

Perfect

Pros: Everything. We liked the secure parking underneath the hotel, the decor and atmosphere inside the hotel was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. Location was perfect for Cambridge central, a lovely 15/20 minute walk. We really couldn’t fault anything. We didn’t have time to use the pool but that was a bonus to have. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and I would say this is by farthe best. Thank you.

Immaculate

Pros: Very clean hotel, lovely swimming pool , the room was immaculate, breakfast was even better 😋, will definitely stay here again when we revisit Cambridge.

Beautiful hotel just a short walk from the centre

Pros: Loved the reception of the hotel staff, beautiful smell throughout the hotel and stunning pool. Very clean with a fantastic breakfast. The apartment room was really spacious perfect for a few nights stay.

Cons: The room was just missing a towel rail and coat hooks. And the pool area needs a place to put used pool towels. Parking a little on the expensive side.

Overall a great hotel, lovely food in the restaurant. Would return.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and stylish bar/ reception area. We went for the vegan options of which there were quite a few and the dinner was delicious. We had the cauliflower soup and the cauliflower fritters followed by the Tofish and chips which was excellent. Nice selection of non alcoholic beers was appreciated. Breakfast was also good and fairly vegan friendly with vegan milks available. The vegan muffins are amazing. The hot options were quite good as they did some vegan sausages for us. The pool and gym were a nice touch and lovely clean sauna and steam room. Luckily it was quite quiet when I went as I don't think more than one person could swim comfortably in the narrow pool! Not sure why they didn't make it slightly wider, but it was appreciated as a lot of hotels don't even have one in the city centre. Overall a great stay.

Cons: Bar/ reception service a little slow and flat, could be a bit friendlier.

Pros: The family room worked very well for us. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed using the pool. It was very family friendly. I chose this hotel because other users said how friendly the staff were and I am happy to say this was the case throughout our stay. The service really was excellent.

Cons: I don't think there's anything I didn't like. It worked well for us because we like walking but if you have mobility issues you might want somewhere a bit more central.

Lovely Hotel Good Facilities Shame about the Parking

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and had a good choice of options. The staff at the hotel.were welcoming and helpful

Cons: Hotel car parking price is a bit of a joke and impacts on perceived value for money. The hotel is more than a walk from the city centre, so you do need a car to be able to fully see the city and surroundings.

Overall a very enjoyable weekend

Pros: Location with easy , short walk to sights . Lovely room with very comfortable, large bed and an excellent breakfast
