Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were travelling with our dog, so it was important for us to feel comfortable and welcome - and everything was absolutely fine. We especially appreciated that the hotel provided useful information for travellers with dogs, which was very helpful during our trip. It really shows that they care about guests travelling with pets. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the lovely service - we would be happy to stay here again.

Couple Weekend Stay

Pros: Central location close to the town centre. Easy to get to. Staff very helpful and friendly. Sorted out the issue with the toilet blockage quickly and efficiently

Comfortable

Pros: The towels! So many times I got to hotels, local and international and the “bath towels” are literally hand towels. Great location, very helpful and friendly staff.

Great city centre location, spotlessly clean, comfy beds.

Pros: Friendly staff, good city centre location. Staff were lovely with the dog and very excited to meet him, small little kids play area ideal for moments in reception. Comfy beds, lovely bath, lovely bath products. Lifts were very smooth and quick, hotel rooms were very quiet which is great.

Cons: Parking being only for whilst you stay instead of 20 hours, to allow either early arrival enjoyment or later enjoyment of the departure day, this means you have to move your car to another parking spot if you are wanting to arrive or leave at earlier or later times than your stay. £40 for dogs is pretty steep, £10/£20 PN would be a bit more understandable. Only two water cans in a room for 4 guests.

Pros: Great location, very central. The room was lovely, clean, quiet, and well laid out with lots of storage. Breakfast was very good, lots of options to please even the fussiest eaters. All the staff were very helpful and kind.

Cons: The only complaint, which I have with most hotels, is the pillows. They were a bit lumpy and hard. If we were staying more thsn one night I would have asked for different ones, and Im sure the staff would have accommodated this.
