Lovely luxury hotel on the river

Pros: Staff were excellent. Very friendly and efficient. TV and safe were easy to operate - so often not the case in other hotels. Clean and comfortable with some lovely decor. River location. Fantastic bar area.

The perfect place to stay

Pros: Central, comfortable, plenty of seating areas to relax and parking.

Cons: Breakfast staff could have been a little more efficient. Perhaps more training required.

Perfect location

Pros: The staff were very helpful at all times. We were offered an upgrade for a small fee with a view to the river and balcony. The room was spacious and it had everything we needed to spend a couple of nights resting. The dining area was beautifully decorated and we had a good breakfast. We had access to the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool, the staff at the leisure area were also helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Cambridge.

Pros: The room was immaculate, beautifully designed and very well equipped, with a lovely view over the river. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated and feels thoughtfully put together. I would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again. The location is perfect — just a stone’s throw from King’s College and the Fitzwilliam Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city.

Cons: My only criticism and it is a very small one is the windows could have been cleaner.
