we had a short break and it was very nice i would recommend this hotel to anybody

Pros: Our stay here was very nice but by far the best bit was the chauffer driven tour on our last day with Zane it was such a lovely way to round off our stay on a rainy day We really liked the coffee station where bean to cup coffee was readily available free of charge We did not eat at the hotel because we pre booked other eateries but i am sure the offering would have been great if we had

Cons: i did not like that the upfront £50 being taken from your card and refunded 5 days later

Pros: Very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast. Good location for the main sites. The Bentley experience was very enjoyable and picked up restaurant tips etc from the driver.

Very enjoyable, would definitely stay again.

Pros: The staff could not have been more helpful, we arrived earlier than planned but a room was available and offered to us. The room was very spacious and clean with a nice bathroom. Highlight of what the hotel offered was a complimentary chauffeur-driven tour of Cambridge in one of the hotel's Bentleys - brilliant!!!

Cons: Lift wasn't working but we were offered help with our cases. These things happen.

Would stay again

Pros: Central location, clean, comfortable bed, polite staff, lovely breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast is a bit chaotic. A long wait but the breakfast was lovely when it arrived, great choice. A large queue for tea and coffee, it would be easier to just bring a pot to table. The lift was out of order both days and we were on second floor but this is probably a one off.

Comfortable hotel in the middle of Cambridge.

Pros: Lovely hotel in the centre of Cambridge, very comfortable and quiet room. The staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety on offer.

Apart from the door banging in the kitchen it was fantastic

Pros: The hotel was superb. Friendly staff , gorgeous room , spotlessly clean , amazing breakfast. It really is a lovely hotel. You can also book a complimentary Bentley Tour which we done , we had a great stay and would stay again .

Cons: The door below in the kitchen area needs to be addressed permanently. Didn’t hear a thing Fri night/ sat morning but sat night / sun morning wasn’t good. To be fair the (I think he was the manager) did apologise and got the banging stopped but I was woken again sun morning at 05.45am to the same noise.

Pros: Lovely spacious room, with freestanding bath. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent restaurant. Good location.

Cons: Only one coffee machine in breakfast room, meant permanent long queue for coffee. Car park was full up by 4.30.

Quirky hotel with fabulous happy magical staff and a memorable stay in every way!

Pros: Everything- we were treated like Royalty in every way and the ride in the Bentley was the icing on the cake. Ruben was the waiter at breakfast and was the star of the show!!

Cons: Hard to find anything to say here but the duvet was a wincy bit lumpy but I am really having to scratch my head to think of anything!!
