A lovely stay that exceeded expectations.

Pros: Sam was very friendly and welcoming, the property was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Sam also went above my expectations when accommodating my dietary requirements with breakfast - very considerate and appreciated options!

Cons: I like to try and give some constructive feedback but in all honesty I can’t think of anything I would change.

The warmest of welcomes to Suffolk

Pros: Wonderful warm welcome, beautifully decorated room, fabulous breakfast with (very) local produce. Great location for exploring this area. Great advice given on places to visit. Very quiet, we were not disturbed by other guests or the road.

Cons: Mattress wasn't the comfiest but I still got a good night's sleep.

Welcoming and relaxing stay in beautiful Suffolk home. Went back twice in 6 weeks!

Pros: Friendly welcome, delicious breakfast (with wide choice) and comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated. Love the extra touches that make all the difference, like fresh milk in a mini fridge, children's toiletries for our daughter.

It was bliss

Pros: The place was very nice but the host was unbelievable. Incredibly kind and friendly, cared about your experience and always willing to help. The breakfast options looked amazing - I went for the BLT both mornings I was there because it was divine - but I'm sure the other options would have been unbelievable also. The place felt very homely and nice too. I would certainly recommend.

Cons: Not very much honestly.

Cozy, peaceful and relaxing!

Pros: The room was lovely and attention to detail in the decoration and furniture was immaculate! Big fan of any stay that provides towel robes (even though we didn’t get chance to use them). Bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious (we had full English breakfasts and they had a vegetarian option which my wife loved). The host was very welcoming and looked after us.

Cons: The strict three hour check in window was a little difficult to manage, but we managed it. Minor issue though!

Wonderful host, delicious breakfast, lovely room.

Pros: Kirsty was so welcoming and provided us with not only a cot, but a baby bath and changing mat and made our son an excellent breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and the whole place was really welcoming, comfortable and stylish. Had a wonderful time.
