Possibly our best b n b stay ever. And we’ve donea lot!

Lovely farmhouse B&B for a very peaceful stay.

Pros: Julian and John were excellent hosts in their charming old farmhouse. A lovely welcome with tea and home made cake in the orchard garden. It is nicely off the beaten track, so no light pollution or noise make for a good nights sleep with the lovely crisp cotton quilt cover. Breakfast was served in the conservatory, it was well cooked and just right to set you up for the day.

Cons: Nothing not to like really. The only comment I would make here is, the spiral staircase could be a challenge to the elderly or anyone who is unsteady on their feet. But it is part of the charm of the old house.

Perfect long weekend in Suffolk!

Pros: Perfect bed and breakfast for a long bank holiday weekend, the hosts are delightful in every way as is their beautiful home. Breakfasts were excellent and our dogs loved running around the field. I even came away with a bag of plums to make jam! We will visit again.

Perfect, perfect.

Pros: The welcome was exceptional. Tea and cake under the fruit trees in the wonderful garden. This is an old farm house made into an attractive b&b. The house had a traditional lounge for residents use. The breakfast room was delightful with an amazing selection of China which changed every morning. Cereals, strawberries, rhubarb , fresh fruit and yoghurt plus any variety of cooked breakfast. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We will not stay anywhere else in this part of Suffolk.

Pros: Peaceful. Quiet. Pretty . Lovely walks. The two owners were delightful. The bed linen very acceptable. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons: Our room was on the small side, but that was probably because we got the last room because the other two rooms were exceptionally splendiferous.

Relaxing stay in this beautiful farmhouse

Pros: The house is an old farmhouse and is really nicely furnished and full of character. The breakfast room looked over the garden which was beautiful. We had a very relaxing couple of nights in this lovely B and B in the countryside in Suffolk. The hosts John and Julian were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Oak tree farm is a wonderful escape. The location is secluded and the rooms are generous and beautifully appointed.

Bucolic, peaceful, enjoyable.

Pros: Lovingly restored farm house with exceptional surroundings . It is very peaceful, fantastic place to walk the dog early mornings and come back to a sumptuous cooked breakfast and delicious coffee.

Cons: There wasn’t anything not to love about OakTree Farm!! It was a well needed mini break for us.

Enjoyable meeting your other guests and your friendliness and attentiveness.

Pros: Big bedroom. All that we needed was provided. Liked the antique furniture.

Cons: The winding staircase was difficult to negotiate with luggage.
