Unique Apartment with Stunning Views 2B

Returning for a second stay, we loved the new homely touches and modern layout!

Pros: we stayed in November and had a lovely time! This was the second time we have stayed in this apartment and it was apparent the host had taken into consideration our previous feedback (that the place was wonderful but could have a couple more home touches - cushions, pictures on walls). There were so many extra touches this time around, the place is beautifully laid out, modern, and we would love to return again in the future! We could see this place becoming our go-to when we want a few days by the sea!

Comfortable, spacious & yet cosy with commanding views!

Pros: I grew up in the area so it was lovely to return and take a trip down memory lane! The location was perfect! It was on the edge of town & the view out to sea was superb. I loved everything about it!

Cons: Nothing!

We had a really lovely week - flat was great for us as a family, close to everything and very comfortable and clean.

Pros: Lovely flat with everything you need. Clean, comfortable and very close to beach and centre.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views in a great location.

Pros: The stunning views were just as advertised! Great to sit and watch the light over the sea, and the ships passing. Very stylish and well equipped apartment, well placed for the seafront and the town centre.

Cons: The curtains in the upstairs bedroom don't keep the light out very well - not a problem for us as at this time of year the sun sets early and rises late!

This apartment was a super places to stay to access the fun of Felixstowe.

Pros: The property was in an excellent situation. It was very easy to access. The hosts had left a lovely welcome basket for us. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved our stay.

Cons: The apartment was very hot.

Exceptional!

Pros: Overall we loved the place - very modern, fantastic view, great location and responsive hosts! We were surprised how big the place was and were sad to leave. We would love to return in the future! :)

Cons: The place is very minimal in design (no sofa cushions, coasters etc) - we didn't mind this but thought it worth noting for people who appreciate a few more home comforts.

Highly recommend!

Pros: It was a little confusing figuring out how to get into the apartment at first. Other than that the place is beautiful and very well appointed. We had some difficulty with my elderly mother and the stairs, the step into the bathroom and the shower being slippery. These are things we have to consider with an older person. Otherwise we loved it and would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Felixstowe. The location couldn't have been better.
