Wonderful stay!! Book here! It will not disappoint

Pros: Perfect stay! Host was very accommodating and great communication prior to, and during our stay! Everything has been thought of. Beds comfy, nice hot shower, great location for town and beach street. Felixtowe is my happy place and we would normally get a caravan but this felt like a luxury for my dad's 70th! Only regret is that we didn't book longer!! Can recommend regal fish and chips only a short walk from the property and Pinsa and Pasta italian! Thanks so much we will definitely be back!!!

Pros: Fantastic location can only describe it as a hidden gem, absolutely loved the decor and so comfortable. Owners have thought of everything to keep renters happy, games and books available for renters.

A great place for a family stay.

Pros: Fabulous location overlooking the sea. Very clean. Everything we needed was there. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms, and the room with the double bed and ensuite was down three steps, so it felt like our private sanctuary away from the grandsons! Parking.

Cons: The bed isn't the best, but we're being a bit nit-picky now.

A very calming view.

Pros: The property was in excellent condition and very clean,it was very close to all the amenities and the beach. The views from the property was fantastic you could sit there all day. The property had everything you need for a great stay.
