Pros: This property was in a perfect location for accessing Felixstowe Beach and the town. It was also close to a range of shops, including Lidl and other essential facilities. The caravan was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

A great stay

Pros: Kitchen was fully equipped. It was a great location if you like the Felixstowe Port and surrounding area. The gas fire was was great as it was very cold when we stayed.

Cons: The mattress and bed sheets were old and bobbly/rough and could do with upgrading.

Pros: The caravan was lovely and clean, it was set out really well, there was everything that we needed. Weve stayed in other caravans where we had to get our own soap and toilet paper and towels etc and here everything was provided which was really lovely.

Super location, fantastic decking and tip top communications!

Pros: Close to the sea front, a lovely walk up the pier. The decking, along with the furniture provided, was our favourite part of the stay, great for sitting out and relaxing. Excellent communication with a friendly attitude from Tracey, thanks for a great stay. WIFI worked well, comfortable beds Would certainly consider booking again, hence 9/10 score.

Cons: Only slight issues which didn't bother our stay. There was no signal for the TV. This was not a problem for us, and so we didn't feel the need to contact the host. There were quite a few items in the main bedroom wardrobe, not sure needed to be there. Cleanliness was generally very good but not perfect,

Lovely caravan, great host.

Pros: Perfect location for us as like to visit the languard/port area as well as the beach and seafront in Felixstowe. Communication from start to finish was excellent with Tracey responding quickly to questions I had. Caravan is comfy with everything we needed for our break, sun all day on the outside seating area, spotlessly clean throughout and with towels and bedding provided. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying at Suffolk sands or the area.

Pros: The caravan had everything that you would need - well thought out and clean. Enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Nothing but some net curtains especially in living room area.

Pros: The caravan is spacious and well appointed. It's only a stones throw from the beach with ample parking. The open plan kitchen/living has everything you need including a great coffee machine (most important for me!) The decking is a nice, reasonably private place to sit. It's south facing so gets the sun all day in June. Overall it's perfect for a week or two by the seaside. I would definitely go again.

Cons: Nothing bad, I just didn't like the bedlinen. The sheet was too fluffy for really hot weather. I slept on top of the duvet with my big sarong as a cover. It didn't affect our stay but I would take a flat, cotton sheet next time.

Fantastic seaside break

Pros: Excellent location, really comfortable caravan. Lovely outside space. Very near to the seafront and a gorgeous walk into Felixstowe.
