Enjoyable & Comfortable stay

Pros: The location was great for a start. The apartment was lovely and warm on arrival which was an added bonus as the day we arrived it was freezing outside. Set up inside was nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet was like being wrapped in a hug all night. Had everything I needed for my stay within the apartment. The host was informative, polite and responsive. Excellent value for money.

Cons: There were stains on the main duvet cover set which was a bit off putting and inside the fridge could do with a clean. The plug socket switch in the main bedroom was a bit of a hazard as it was broken.

Pros: Location was excellent for leigh-on-sea and all the emmenties for cooking and relaxing.

Pros: Lovely, light apartment. Convenient for the sea front where a friend and I were going to a wedding reception. Clean and tidy and homely.

Cons: Washing machine and tumble drier on very loudly, just started a cycle when I arrived, bin lid on floor and I had to hunt around for a bin bag. Small things but not so welcoming when you've tired, especially as I didn't arrive early.

Great location for us

Pros: Location was great. Just off London Road (for buses), and a short walk to The Broadway.

Cons: It was a little noisy from the road, flight path and neighbours TV! The cooker was hard to use as couldn’t see the setting. FYI, The on button is on the RHS

A nice 'oasis' to retreat to after a busy day!

Pros: Lovely central location for visiting family. Easy to access keys in the key box outside. The apartment was lovely and clean and very comfortable - would definately recommend.

Clean, comfortable, good value well equipped.

Pros: Parking in the road was easier than I thought it would be in this location. The apartment was very clean & tidy, reasonably equipped and comfortable. We would definitely book again when we need to be in the area.

Cons: We only stayed one night so difficult to find something, however the sofa would be a bit tight for 4 adults to sit together and there was no other soft seating.

Cons: Windows weren’t clean Loo roll holder hanging off the wall Lots of spiders/cobwebs (nests) Rusty mirror tray Windows broken Electrics in twin room concerning. Wires on show
