Pros: Perfect customer service. Made sure we settled in very well. I'm just happy about everything from bed to food. Honestly I have nothing I was not happy about. I also loved the proximity to the beach

Hosts that went above and beyond

Pros: Such great personable hosts. Felt like staying with old friends who went above and beyond to make our stay feel like we're being waited on at home. Highly recommend a stay.

Perfect in every way. The best B&B in the UK, not just Frinton!

Pros: Absolutely love this place. You won't find better hosts and Frinton is beautiful in the summer or winter. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a great choice of options available. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and town centre. Honestly book it and you'll see what we mean. This is our second visit now and we're already planning our next. Always sad to leave.

Cons: Nothing. It's about as close to perfect as you can get.

Pros: Annie and Paul are wonderful hosts. The property is state of the art, clean and comfortable. Great homemade breakfast. Excellent location for easy beach access or just a stroll through Frinton's high street. Oh, don't forget Teddy the content little co-host!

A fabulous b&b would highly recommended and definitely coming back

Pros: The hosts Paul, Annie and of course good boy Ted were extremely welcoming The modern, clean and bright house was inviting and comfortable The breakfast was exceptional and delicious

Great b&b, excellent find. Would stay again. Highly recommended and look out for Teddy 😀

Pros: Very clean and modern. Warm and friendly owners. Room had mini fridge with complimentary milk and a bottle of water. A nice touch. Had off street parking.
