Good value, clean and comfortable

Pros: Easy booking, checking in, and easy to find. Well located just outside Ipswich. The room was well equipped, including a fan and bottled water, which was appreciated during the hot spell. There were also shower gels, towels, etc, if you didn't bring your own. The beds were very comfortable! We didn't use the kitchen or other amenities, but they looked to be well equipped and clean and tidy. There was plenty of choice for breakfast too, though we don't usually eat breakfast, but the pain au chocolate went down well πŸ˜€

Cons: Low ceilings in the upstairs twin room. Actually, it wasn't a problem for me at all at 5ft 3; just mentioning it for those of a taller disposition! πŸ˜‰

Good budget stay, quiet and comfortable

Pros: I have stayed before and the breakfast is great, plenty of choice

Cons: The attic room has some low door frames, (which are padded) but still hit them a few times as forget when turned around or in middle of night

Pros: A lovely welcome awaits you here, Andrew could not have been more accomodative. Would recommend for solo females.

Cons: Would like a kettle in room.

One of the few affordable places to stay around Ipswich and decent with it.

Pros: Being able to do a quick load of washing and then iron it was a godsend. The breakfast of cereals and toast also very welcome. A four bed dorm means that disturbances are minimised. If you get to the property early enough you may get a parking space too.

Cons: Even though I have been before I still had trouble of locating the place, a combination of me being tired and the signage not being the most prominent.
