Perfection

Pros: We wanted to explore Woodbridge and surrounding area, but wanted somewhere tranquil to stay. This was perfect. Fabulous cycling opportunities, lovely breakfast, short walk to very nice pub for evening dinner, and short walk to station for train into Woodbridge. The owner was very welcoming when we arrived and provided somewhere to store our bikes. Woodbridge was a delight to explore as were the quiet roads from the house. We'd definitely return.

Pros: Great location, and we enjoyed a lovely stay and made to feel very welcome. Harold welcomed us and provided good assistance. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent.

Pros: Breakfast choices were excellent. Cooked breakfast completed to order,hot and delicious. Great coffee and use of the kitchen/dining room so able to make our own cups of coffee and tea. Good variety of tea available.

Fantastic jewel of a place- do yourself a favour and stay!

Pros: This is a fantastic jewel of a property. We arrived a bit late, and our wonderful host Harold immediately got us into our room and called ahead to the pub (just a short walk down the road) to let them know we were on our way so they wouldn't close the kitchen, which was so nice as we were famished. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. We enjoyed our breakfast, which we ordered the night before and it came with fresh strawberries from the garden. The whole property is just stunning and there was a tennis court and all sorts of other things going on which we didn't explore. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for some beauty and quiet.

Cons: Nothing! It was baking hot the weekend we were there and maybe a fan in the room would have helped-to be fair I didn't ask and no doubt Harold would have sorted it. But really, there is zero to criticise in this property!

Pros: Beautiful house with gorgeous gardens. The room was really spacious and spotless clean. Our host Harold was very friendly and welcoming. What a beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was lovely and we wondered to the vegetable garden for some fresh raspberries after breakfast. Very pleasant ☺️

Pros: Lovely outstanding views, beautiful setting, large bedroom with relaxing sofa area, peaceful perfect place to relax, enjoyed using tennis courts. Breakfast was excellent.
