Excellent value for money well located good facilities & fantastic staff

Pros: Authentic pub with well appointed rooms, breakfast was excellent, staff so friendly & helpful.

A great, relaxing stay with friendly people.

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean well equipped room and excellent food served.

Cons: The mattress in room 4 is not as comfortable as it could be, but everything else was spot on.

A Night Away

Pros: Atmosphere clean very helpful nothing was a problem and dog friendly

Cons: There is nothing we didn't like great staff Isaac went above and beyond

Cons: If I could be picky , Windows could of done with a clean (outside) to make the view even more pleasant, not marking down on this also , just constructive criticism

Pros: Room was large . Nice shower room with plenty of hot water. Staff were very polite and friendly, overall ambience was very good. Breakfast, included in the price, was excellent. Everyone was friendly towards our dog.

Cons: Couple of chairs in the roon would be nice. We were forewarned about a music night but it was extremely loud. Fortunately it was a good band. Our room was directly over the outdoor smoking area and people's conversations could be heard plainly.

Pros: I spent two nights there and would go back. Nice staff, really lovely breakfast, pretty good amenities. It is close to the bus stop.

Cons: I wish the shower was a bit hotter, since it got really cold at night. We got there at night and the lights were off, so it was a bit difficult to locate the entrance. Once we found the other one, it was fine.

Super helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. And well and truly dog-friendly! Our dog received her very own breakfast sausag

Pros: Very central. And for a December visit, it was spectacularly decorated for the festive season. Very cosy. A great selection of coffee and tea in the room. Dressing gowns in the room if needed.
