Lovely experience would deffo stay here again

Pros: Brilliant location, super clean, lovely house. The host we met was friendly and gave us everything we needed. Bedding and towels fab. Shower was lovely and I liked the shampoo and shower gel in dispensers. I felt comfortable there. Wifi great, plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms. A good range of non caffiene/alternative options. I really liked that there was a comfy chair or sofa as well as bed in all the larger rooms we used.

Cons: Mattress could do with a refresh was a bit saggy, but that's all. It's otherwise a lovely place and incredible value for money. Also no brekkie option, which might have been nice but as stated, plenty of tea and coffee, we were out of season and there is a Toby carvery just up the road..

Pros: The room was lovely, nicely decorated and cosy. Plenty of tea and coffee sashes ( a must for me!) Great location.

Cons: When I booked on line with bookings.com the room was £76 and I booked at that price However I then received an email to say that the price of the room had gone up to £85 and I had to pay it or lose the room. I had booked with other family members who were also staying at that hotel so I was tied to the booking. It certainly soured my stay. I was not clear if the change was because of the hotel or Booking.com.But it made me wary of recommending either to others without a cautionary tale.

Calm and pleasant stay

Pros: Charming room in a pleasant building close to where I needed to be. Plenty of tea and coffee in room, nice welcome on check-in. Pleasant sea view. Bed was comfy and everything very clean. No breakfast was available because of the time of year, but we were given directions for alternative options and got a fantastic breakfast nearby as a result. Checkin and checkout were very simple and communication from staff excellent.

Cons: My bathroom was very small and I found it difficult to maneuver. Not very soundproof, though it didn't really bother me too much.

10/10 ! Would recommend to anyone.

Pros: Lovely place, friendly staff and went out their way to make me a special coffee! 10/10.

Cons: Outside patio on the 2nd floor balcony isn't working.
