Nice and easy check in

Pros: Location was great and not a far walk to restaurants and the train station. Check in was great and everything was sent well in time for check in. Location is quiet considering it is close to the station

Cons: Parking close by however it is £15 for 1 day and only is 4am - 4am so you have to pay for 2 nights even if you are there for one. If you stay do not park at the train station. This is just user error 😊

Great place for a short stay

Pros: Clean, and very close to the city centre. There were even l9ckers you could use after check out. Very considerate.

Cons: The water pressure wasn't great. Shower and sink would both fill up instantly.

Pros: Clean comfortable property that is exceptional value for money for a business trip. I stay here frequently.

Cons: Bathrooms are snug, but not problematic.

This was my second time here and if there was a third, I’d come back. No doubt.

Pros: I really like where this place is located, really close to the station and not so distant from the city centre. I arrived early in the morning at the station in Cambridge and having the Norna so close was very helpful, moreover, while you go to the city centre you can already start to get a taste of what Cambridge is! The place is clean and cosy. The bed is comfortable. You’ve got anything you need, if not, Claire is always so nice and available to help. I was travelling alone and this place welcomed me like it was home :)

Comfortable and no worries.

Pros: Everything was easy - the pre-arrival instructions were clear and friendly; the door codes worked and the room was fine.

Cons: TV reception was a bit variable but I lived in Cambridge and it was always like that, so not the fault of the hotel.

Great location & quiet area

Pros: Clean & tidy room, good WiFi and great location 4 minute walk to train station and bust stop and 10 minutes walk to city centre.

Pros: Service was too good, room was nice and big, clean was in top.

Pros: no breakfast room only.very clean.iwas in a compact single room which was very compact but had everthing i needed tea and coffee and kettle fan which was needed

Pros: Location of the hotel was fantastic as it was located close to the train station within walking distance. I rented a double room, bed was comfortable, bathroom facilities were top notch and having a kettle to brew beverages made my morning routine that extra special. Overall great hotel and service and offers, I can see myself booking this same hotel and its services for future visits to Cambridge.

Lovely

Pros: Location is great and the room was clean. The code to enter the house and the room is extremely handy so you don’t have to carry a key! Claire is responsive and available. The neighbourhood is quiet and the bed comfortable. Next time in Cambridge I will definitely stay at The Norna again!
