Comfortable stay, would use again

Pros: Location was ideal.. easy to walk to everything nearby, kitchen was fully accessible woth everything you needed, nice and warm cosy

Cons: Really the only let down was the fact that there is no parking. There are obviously car parks nearby, but for an overnight/weekend stay that works out to be very expensive. Would be better if they could offer a temporary permit.

Pros: Right in the city, close to everything. Nice room.

Good location, well appointed clean basement room, but lots of street noise at night.

Cons: We did not realise there were self catering facilities. If we had known we would have provided our own breakfast. The room being a basement room was noisy at night.

Pros: The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and sufficiently spacious for two occupants. A notable benefit is the inclusion of a fully equipped kitchen. The location is optimal, with convenient access to grocery stores and a diverse selection of restaurants offering various cuisines directly across the street. Given the competitive pricing and prime location, I highly recommend Regency House!

All we needed for our stay in Cambridge!

Pros: Perfect for us, great location and very comfortable. Only gripe was that the tv aerial wasn’t connected but WiFi was excellent so able to watch on iPad.

Lovely stay, very central and clean

Pros: Location was perfect and the room was very neat. Bathroom was also exceptionally tidy.

Cons: The mattress hurt my back all night as I could clearly feel the spring. A better mattress would have made the stay more comfortable.
