Overall, very nice location and good value for money

Pros: The property is in a very good location 15 mins away by walking from the train station. The room, the kitchen and the toilets were very clean. It was very warm as well.

Cons: The windows face a lively street so it was quite noisy to sleep at night. There’s no good isolations in the rooms so you could hear people walking in the corridor. The good thing was everybody became very quiet after around 22:30-23:00

Very ideal for short budget stay.

Pros: Good value for money. Location is ideal, very close to city centre, and located on a street with plenty of restaurants and shops. Very clean and neat. Ideal for a short stay.

Cons: Nothing that I can specifically think about. I couldn't put on the window blinds though.

Perfect location.

Pros: The location was perfect, I was looking to stay near my friends home on gwydir street so being on mill road was ideal. The place was quiet, being above a busy restaurant but at the back of it and several floors up you couldn't hear anything. The room and bathroom are heated all through the night so it was cosy, I was actually too warm. There's a fan for summer. Communicating with the staff was easy, it's a self check in so you have to call the reception in their other property a few doors down, who confirms who you are and gives the lockbox code to get your key. I was able to leave my backpack the next day at reception and collect it later on which was very helpful.

Cons: I stayed in room three up in the eaves, and there was a large industrial extractor fan outside my window which sounded like bass vibration or music, but come 11pm ish it went quiet.

Pros: Great location for our stay, easy to find from the directions and a lovely smart room it was so clean and tidy we were really impressed

Pros: Kitchen was nice, bathroom was ok and warm. The had toiletries, towels, complimentary bottle with water and biscuits.

Cons: The receptionist was pretending to be helpful but in reality you understood that you were annoying her with your existence and questions. It was not bad experience but it was feeling a little awkward.

Pros: Clean room. Nice property. Nothing that exciting. Was a decent and quiet nights' sleep. Parking is OK: Found a place to park in an adjacent street and then used a shopping mall car park which was very close by (Queen Ann Terrace - less than 10 min walk) after the 8am road-parking restrictions came into play.

Cons: Was a bit cold and when I arrived, the ventian blind was a bit messed up. The shared bathroom was OK.

Pros: Ideal location for access to central Cambridge and ideal for our purposes. Useful to have a communal kitchen which was well-appointed with necessary equipment. Clean and tidy and no issues with shared bathroom facilities.

Pros: I would highly recommend this accomodation. The place is spotlessly clean and has all the necessary amenities. The kitchen in particular is very nice and having coffee provided was lovely.
