Pros: Comfortable room with en suite, communal kitchen with great facilities, parking and WiFi. Very reasonable price. Properly assisted with early check in so I could visit my dad in addenbrookes, swift responses and really accommodating. Would recommend

TAS on Perne Road.

Pros: Ideally situated for Cambridge city centre. Warm, plenty of hot water. Comfortable.

Cons: 4 parking spaces for 9 rooms so first come first served. On a very busy road so still quite noisy at night. Noone on site so noise from other guests not regulated. Rooms a little tired but adequate for budget booking.

A clean, comfortable stay with a very thoughtful and accommodating host.

Pros: The host was extremely kind and welcoming. She even allowed us to store our luggage for the entire day free of charge, which was very helpful. The room was neat, clean, and well-maintained, and everything was organised and comfortable.

Cons: There was nothing major to dislike, everything was smooth and comfortable during our stay.

Comfortable stay and good value for money.

Pros: Very comfortable room with its own bathroom and a shared kitchen equipped with all the essentials. The room was very warm and well insulated from street noise. The location is good, you can walk to the city centre in around 30 minutes, and the route is easy. There are supermarkets and some shops nearby. The bathroom is small but fine, with good water pressure and very hot water. The radiator in the bathroom was not working perfectly, but it was still comfortable overall. The room was reasonably clean.

Cons: You can hear people from other rooms talking at times, but everyone was polite and there was no noise in the evening or at night. It would be helpful if the instructions sent in advance explained more clearly what to do on arrival, particularly how to collect the key.

Pros: The rooms were so clean, I've never seen a cleaner toilet in a hotel/ guest house etc! The shared facilities were modern and comfortable The cleaning staff were there when we arrived. They were very friendly. I left my water bottle there, and the company took the trouble to return it to me via post!

Lovely clean and tidy accommodation and convenient for my stay.

Pros: Situated perfectly for my stay and the accommodation was lovely.

Cons: The parking wasn’t as described so had to park up the street and walk.

Pros: The excess of the property, the fact that you have what you need to eat, drink, and make yourself comfortable.

An ideal place to stay for anyone visiting Cambridge for the first time.

Pros: The location of the property was ideal for someone new to the area. It was only a mile or so from the train station. A local CO-OP is just across the road nearby.

Cons: The only thing I will add is that the chair 🪑 inside my room was not stable enough to sit on. It definitely needs fixing.

Pros: The location and value for money was good, there was a washing machine available for use and a kitchen and living area to relax. As the building is a bit older, the stairs and floor creaks (not a problem for me). The bed is coming to the end of its use because it is a bit lumpy in some areas.
