Pros: Peaceful with plenty of room and everything to hand if required

Cons: The picture that comes up on Google maps because its not there its opposite and is a bit daunting. Just needs to be clear its Richards farm

Would stay again as it was very clean

Pros: Very clean, comfortable with an en-suite which wasn’t mentioned on the booking. Would stay again. There was no TV but wifi was available

Pros: This was my second stay. Great to find somewhere that accepts pets. I was more than happy with my room, which was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing much really.

Pros: The location was good for our visit, the place is very new needs a few teeth problems sorting out, toilet in room 5 need so fixing as it wobbled, very well equipped kitchen for guests to use Sound does travel so you are aware that the is other people there, bedroom are lockable.overall there accommodation was very suitable for our needs many thanks .

Cons: Not very easy to find as on a bend and sign didn’t describe it as a guest house.

Clean modern en-suite room, with on site parking available, absolute great value for money

Pros: Clean and modern room, kitchen and recreational areas. Parking available on site. En-suite room so extra privacy.

Cons: Poor service though there is good WiFi at the property.
