Very relaxing break in a good central location

Pros: Great location, good size back garden, very clean property and well maintained.

Pros: This was a perfect location for a visit to Sandringham for us. Booked last minute and the host was good with communication and the property is exactly as described, loved it. What a surprise the garden is.

Pros: Very well located near family, close to local shops and restaurants, The cottage itself was beautiful and clean and comfortable.

Cons: No washing machine. And cream carpet Is not really appropriate.

Great little cottage

Pros: It's such a lovely cottage. Clean, modern. Easy walk to Downham market. The host Emma was equally lovely she came out on a Sunday as TV wasn't working. Great host.

Very pleasant

Pros: Lovely location and a good sized fully enclosed garden. Good sized rooms all exceptionally clean. Complimentary biscuits were a nice touch.

Cons: A bit basic on the essentials. It would have been nice to have a few condiments and a few more pieces of crockery. Some cushions on the kitchen benches would have been nice for older people.

Pros: Beautifully renovated cottage, perfect for four people,had our breakfast and evening meal in the garden, couldn’t have been better. Denver Sluice? Don’t miss it! Good Bus service to Downham Market and King’s Lynn

Cons: Local pub - dreadful beer, no restaurant, closed on Monday - do miss it!

A wonderful few days at Lily Cottage.

Pros: The house was in an excellent location and was immaculate. We had a slight hiccough on arrival but Emma had it sorted in no time. The lounge was very comfortable with very comfortable settees. It was more like a home than rented accommodation. We would happily stay here again if we are in the area and have no hesitation in recommending it.

A little gem in a great location

Pros: Stylishly decorated and well equipped cottage centrally located in the village ( well stocked shop and pub within 100m ) , with a big garden complete with garden furniture ( we sat outside every day enjoying the glorious sunshine the week we were there) Ideally situated for exploring this part of Norfolk , with easy access to the A10 between Ely and King's Lynn - Sandringham only 20 minutes away .

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like - everything had been thought of.
