Beautiful cottage but I wouldn’t say that it’s dog friendly.

Pros: Lovely quiet cottage, excellent hosts and lovely and clean. The fruit cake and tuck box left were a lovely surprise. Beds are comfy with very thick duvets, The cottage is out of the way but not too far from amenities. We would happily book again, just not with our dog.

Cons: In my opinion the cottage is not dog friendly, we ended up having to find kennels for our dog. There is a lot of crockery around which we worried our dog would knock off, also pets not allowed upstairs and the garden isn’t secure., our dog found his way into the field behind. The owners also didn’t know we were bringing our dog as booking.com hadn't passed on the messages I sent so I suddenly had to pay extra even though he had already been put in kennels. Please note, none of this is the fault of the owners.

Absolutely beautiful.

Pros: Fabulous location. Lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need. Quiet road with great walks for dogs. Delicious fruit cake left by the owner too.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect.

Highly recommended

Pros: Excellent accommodation and hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a homemade cake and other goodies and the cottage was clean and had everything you needed and more !
