Pros: The cottage was very cosy and felt like home from home. It was exceptionally clean, warm and well maintained. The location is perfect, within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and will return.

Cons: If I was being picky I would say the WiFi is unpredictable, but that is being very picky.😁

Lovely cottage in great location

Pros: Beech View Cottage is in a lovely, peaceful location & is very clean, comfortable, spacious & well equipped.

Great Cottage

Pros: Lovely quiet little cottage close to the centre of Downham Market. Everything you need if you want to eat in and plenty of restaurants or takeaways within 5 minutes walking distance if you're eating out.

Very comfortable - we would certainly stay again.

Pros: Location was excellent. It was self catering, but many items were left in the cottage (washing up liquid, etc), which we didn't expect.

Cons: The shower pressure was slightly low, but OK. Would have liked another lamp in the lounge, but a minor point.

Excellent value, lovely setting.

Pros: Well located for the amenities of the town but tucked away with its own garden. It was very quiet, the cottage only has one bedroom but felt very spacious.

Beechview look no further.

Pros: Beechview cottage is highly recommended. Now under new ownership, Heather has had some redecoration and continues the high standards of cleanliness and caters for all needs. Close to all amenities , we now would not need to look elsewhere.

Cons: The only thing I can say is that we couldnt stay longer. We had a wonderful short break.

A pretty little cottage providing excellent value for money.

Pros: Heather greeted us upon arrival and she was friendly and welcoming. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Everything we needed to make our stay perfect was provided. There was plenty of hot water and the linen was of good quality. We were able to make good use of a secluded patio area and lovely cottage garden to enjoy the peace and tranquility. This was our second stay at Beech View Cottage and we shall definitely be returning.

Pros: It was a lovely cottage. Lovely kitchen. Comfortabele bed. Easy parking.

Pros: Great location. Warm and comfortable cottage, with all amenities needed.

Cons: Needed a clothes airer.

Pros: Location very good. Property was comfortable and spacious. Host was helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
