Exceptional property.

Pros: Everything about this property was fantastic. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable beds. 20 mins pleasant walk into centre of Downham Market so great location. Garden and patio area superb, spacious accommodation and well equipped with Everything you would need. I would definitely book again if I was in the area.

Cons: Nothing, everything was spot on.

The perfect 3 night stay with friends.

Pros: Such a beautiful cottage with lots of space. The kitchen/dining area is such a lovely social space - we ended up spending all our time in this area! The kitchen has everything you need, including an air fryer. The living room also has a lovely big comfy sofa. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms decorated beautifully. The entire cottage was very up to date. The garden is such a plus, unfortunately the weather wasn't in our favour but if we were to visit in the warmer months, the garden would be ideal. The perfect 3 night stay with friends.

The accommodation was amazingly beautiful, great location.

Pros: The dining / kitchen / living area was fabulous, we never used the front room.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect….. well……. hot tub would be nice ☺️

Absolutely beautiful cottage.

Pros: Loved everything about this property. Great location. Ample parking. Beautiful rooms. Spacious kitchen / family room. Lovely, well kept gardens. Warm and heating easy to adjust. Fluffy towels. Every kitchen utensil you would need.

Cons: Couldn't fault this property at all !

Pros: Absolutely beautiful cottage stayed here with my family for my brothers birthday. Everything you need is there. Pet friendly even left treats for them. Would definitely recommend. Garden is to die for thanks again

Wonderful stay.

Pros: The cottage was excellent, felt like home from home. Stunning decor & garden. Has everything you need. Kitchen is a great area to all sit together. Enjoyed the surrounding area for days out. Would highly recommend.

Cons: The metal frame bed in the 2nd bedroom you need to be careful not to catch your toes (I did!) as its tight to walk around, not really their fault as the room is an odd shape.
