Potters Brook

Pros: Having stayed in many self catering places, this was the most spotless! So comfortable and well equipped, too. A good location for exploring Suffolk.

A comfortable stay for us while we attended a family funeral, so nice we will book for holiday.

Pros: Spacious lounge. Fishes in pond. Overall design. Quiet location.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, good facilities (dishwasher, etc.). Good location for visiting tourist attractions in Suffolk.

Cons: The dining area was in the conservatory, which was too cold to sit and eat in at the time of year we stayed.

Lovely house - cosy and and well-equipped, just a short walk from Framlingham.

Pros: Lovely house - perfect for our stay. Cosy and well-equipped, with a lovely conservatory and a small garden. Its best feature is the convenient location, just a short walk from Framlingham Castle, shops, cafés, and countryside walks.

A fantastic gem!

Pros: Wonderfully attentive, warm and friendly host in Clare. A real home away from home with beautiful and tasteful decor. Comfortable beds and furniture throughout with all modern and working kitchen equipment. Great dining space. A selection of board games available. Beautiful tranquil garden with a fish pond. We liked everything here.

Cons: Nothing!! We would 100% choose to stay here again.

Very relaxing and positive

Pros: The property was easy to find and Clare gave us good directions beforehand. The property was very clean and tidy and it has all the equipment you needed for cooking and the stay in general. We especially liked the garden with the pond and water feature. We felt very cosy and comfortable like a home from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The bathroom door was creaky which was especially noticed during the night.

Framlingham Getaway

Pros: The bungalow was very tastefully decorated, and facilities of a very high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality utensils and crockery etc. The host provided us with milk, tea, coffee, and condiments which was very thoughtful, and Clare asked several times if there was anything else we needed, although we didn't meet her. Cute garden with a safely covered fish pond, patio table and chairs. All in all, it felt like a cosy family home, and we would love to re-visit another time.

Cons: A night light or PIR would have been helpful at the front of the house as it was dark when we returned one evening. It was hard to look for keys etc
