We had a lovely time and will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Cottage is lovely. Very well presented and beautifully clean. Very nice treats left in picnic basket and fridge. Had a power cut and host arrived with candles- much appreciated.

Pros: Good location for a short walk into Framlingham and the pubs! Cottage very comfortable, everything you needed and attention to detail for a very homely stay. Great garden for our dog and thank you for the treats!

Nice few days away visiting Framingham village and Sutton Hoo National Trust property in Woodbridge.

Pros: It is a self catering property but there was a lovely welcome hamper provided with bread and snacks,also there were eggs,butter,milk and juice in the fridge. It was within walking distance of the lovely little village of Framingham which has a good supply of shops,cafes,pubs and restaurants.The Castle is also within walking distance of Bay Tree Cottage. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Cons: There was nothing which we didn’t like.

Great for a peaceful short stay whatever the weather.

Pros: Spacious. Excellent facilities inside and out. Good contact from host. Nice food and drink freebies. Quiet.

Cons: The very very low ceiling going up stairs. Should be highlighted with tape or something.

A very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Good sized beds. The location is within walking distance of Framlingham, and is well placed to explore places of interest in the area. On site parking. Clear information provided regarding the property, and useful information about shops and facilities in the village.

Pros: Spacious and was easy for our blind dog to negative the house. Property was immaculate and internet/steaming service was super easy to sign in to. Definitely tell the owners care about the property and the people that stay there.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like
