Pros: Very nice place to stay, easy access to lots of places to visit.

A good place to stay for exploring Suffolk.

Pros: We were not expecting breakfast as it was not on offer. The location was very good.

Cons: The accommodation could have been a bit cleaner. The television screen had marks all over it. The table upstairs had candle wax on it, the toilet needed a good clean, noisy CH pump, and shower leak to bedroom below, but having said that none of these things stopped the enjoyment of our holiday.
