Sunrise beautiful castle amazing shame about the rain

Pros: The pond was amazing the milk flowers and cookies were a lovely touch ;) heating was excellent

Cons: Check in was a bit confuluted … could just have been a message to say keys in the back door on arrival … the directions were not so clear and that was maybe my fault for not contacting the host the day prior to my arrival … usually that’s not required …. Everything else all good ;)

Pros: Lovely place to stay we had 2 elderly parents with us who found it very easy to access etc. Sarah was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Beautiful grounds.

A lovely weekend break in the countryside

Pros: A beautiful location with very friendly and helpful hosts. The cottage was very cosy. The rooms were very comfortable.

Good relaxing peaceful time

Pros: House was a wee tardis looked small but had 4 bedrooms and a huge bathroom and good size lounge and kitchen. It was quiet and warm. The kitchen had a good selection of utensils unlike some places. The shower was really good and hot. The owners provided tea and coffee and a pint of milk to get you settled and a pack of biscuits. And they popped in to check on us initially and provided contact details without being intrusive.

Cons: Per haps a new mattress on th3 double bed but the singles were fine but it wasn’t really a dislike.
