Excellent. Highly recommended.

Pros: Everything was exactly as advertised. Manual in the house was very clear on what to do and where to find things.

Cons: We arrived at night, and it wasn’t immediately clear which park was which. The neighbouring caravan park (which shares the same entrance/exit to the main road) was very well-lit, while our park entrance was not so obvious in the dark. Only a problem for those arriving after dark (as we did)!

Enjoyable

Pros: Beautiful location lovely and quiet. Lodge was very comfy and cosy.

Cons: The cleaning could be a little better, lots of cob webs up high and still crumbs in cupboards. Would still book again though.

Great, would certainly stay again

Pros: Location, well maintained. The pressure dropped on the boiler so no hot water, the site staff we re there within 10 mins of calling, fixed no problem.

Cons: The heat, could have done with a portable air con unit that could be moved from lounge to bedroom, it was so hot at night making it difficult to sleep in the heat.

Pros: Super clean thats very important to me. The kitchen has most of the stuff you want and need. Its very very complete. Its in a closed off park that you can only access through a gate so its very good.

Great holiday home in fabulous location

Pros: The holiday home was fantastic and just what me and my daughters needed for our Christmas get together. The place was clean, quality furnishings and comfortable bedding. Well heated too, considering the freezing temperatures at this time of the year.

Cons: The number of emails following the booking was on the higher side and included too many dos and don'ts. Made the interaction with the hosts a bit impersonal and transactional.

Quiet & relaxing.

Pros: Excellent all round. Very comfortable furniture and furnishings. High standards of cleanliness. Two shower rooms and two bedrooms. Excellent stocked kitchen and appliances. Great local tourist information given. Garden and decking area to use. Quiet neighbours. Location excellent for visiting various places.

Pros: Absolutely Everything. Faultless throughout. Best lodge and facilities I've visited. I will be returning.

Cons: Didn't want to leave.

Pros: Spacious, modern lodge. Nicely decorated and in a great location for exploring Suffolf. Very quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable beds and so peaceful. Ideal for our day trips to Felixstowe and Flatford Mill. Plenty of shops within a short drive. Wish we could have stayed longer

Pros: The property as a great size, super comfortable and perfect for a family of 4!

Cons: The only thing I would say is that the heating was a little tricky to work out, but we got there in the end! That’s nit picking though as once we got it working it was perfect and very warm 😃😃
