1 bed annex with extra sofa bed ideal for families and business guests

Warm and cosy property, ideal for overnight stay.

Pros: Warm and cosy, very quiet. Lights left on for our arrival made it welcoming. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. Excellent WiFi connection. Excellent communication from owner with detailed description about finding property and getting into it. Lots of storage space in bedroom.

Cons: Water not very hot. Towels were thin so didn’t dry well.

Perfect for visiting friends locally.

Pros: Good communication from host Adam. Comfy bed. More than we needed for one night but would be great for longer stay.

Great place, comfortable & spacious for the two of us.

Pros: Great location, my contract was 5 minutes drive away. Close to shops, quiet location. Everything you need to hand, owner (Adam) was only a text away, if we needed anything.

Amazing stay.

Pros: It felt like more than just an annex or studio, it was like a proper home. Every little thing was available that you would want in a home, plus luxuries like coffee machine, air fryer, Netflix, sky, Internet. I loved that it felt like a home, not just a place to stay. There are books, a guitar, games available for entertainment. The bed is amazing, for the first time in years ive slept through the night and woke up feeling rested, the bed is so comfortable. I briefly met the host, very polite and welcoming, over message, very attentive to our booking and made sure everything was OK for us. All in all, fantastic place, stay and host. Thank you

Cons: Nothing to do with host or property, just my kids doing my head in with the guitar 🤣 all of a sudden they think they are rockstars. Just glad it wasn't a violin. But honestly there is nothing to complain about this place, was perfect 👌

Annexe

Pros: Super comfortable bed. Spacious annexe. Guitar sounds good - great acoustics.

It was just what I needed.

Pros: It was central in the village. Good communication with the host.

Pros: Lovely little place to stay. The owner was very helpful and the kitchen provided everything we needed.

Pros: Host was lovely and very quick to respond when there was a problem

Cons: The entrance to the annex could be tidier. The decking was very slippery The sliding door glass was ‘blown’ and needs replacing and you really need a grab rail in the shower

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable. Safe enclosed garden for our dogs. Netflix, sky available to use. Short walk to train station so very easy to visit other places.
