Very cute cottage in a fantastic location.

Pros: Great location and suprisingly spacious. Nice terrace overlooking the water and a comfy bed. Becky was lovely and check-in was smooth.

Cons: Sofa was a little uncomfortable and would have been nice to have some dishwasher tablets etc on arrival.

Lovely stay in the heart of Old Leigh

Pros: Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very clean. Liked that there’s a tv in sitting room and main bedroom. Yes it is busy at weekends and sunny days you could easily park at Leigh Foundry Carpark for free from 6pm but set your alarm to remind you to pay for parking at 8am (we forgot one morning and got a parking ticket 🙄- traffic warden is very vigilant!)

Cons: Would have liked some wine glasses- somehow wine in a tumbler is not the same (we did ask to borrow two wine glasses from the Peterboat). Would also suggest a laundry basket (maybe a collapsible one?) and a glass Pyrex bowl.
