A great stay but it just needed a little extra niceties for the money.

Pros: The quirkiness of the accommodation. The location and the peace and quiet. The tea, coffee, milk and homemade cake waiting for us when we arrived.

Cons: Musty damp smell. No decent toiletries like new handwash, handcream, shower gel and decent toilet paper. No toilet cleaner/bleach. Just felt we had the leftovers from previous guests.

Fantastic stay for adventure with a young family.

Pros: This was a fantastic location and a lovely idea for a holiday home. We enjoyed the stay very much and our boys (5 and 7) thought it was super exciting. The surrounding area was amazing and there was plenty to do. Sutton Hoo was terrific! The carriage was well laid out and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of four with two young children. The pool was a lovely addition, a short drive away.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

A great, comfortable and quiet place to stay

Pros: Large room with kitchen, small bedroom, shower and toilet, bedroom and outside sitting area. It‘s lovely quiet and dark at night so you can see the stars. The pool nearby is warm and great to swim all by yourself. The hot tub is great. There are plenty of places to visit, dine and go shopping.

Cons: There were flies and other insects in the roller blinds.

Absolutely loved the accommodation.

Pros: Lovely location, as described, very peaceful, lovely grounds, home baked cake & milk on arrival, thank you .

Cons: Not received a booking email for use of pool ,also when booking the holiday I was under the impression the pool was on site ,this was not the case . Had to ask the cleaning lady where is the pool ? Only to find it was a short drive away , which we found hard to find as plants had grown up and covered the sign , I continued onto the property thinking I could leave a request for a swim ,however the pool looked unkempt and not very inviting at all ,I was disappointed as it did not live up to the photos in the holiday advert.

Lovely weekend, lots of charm, kids & adults didn't want to go home!

Pros: A lovely location and setting. The site was well looked after and surrounding nature was very nice. The carriages have all the necessary modern facilities (and a lot warmer than I expected) and still keep the charm of the original carriages. Also the homemade cakes was very very much appreciated by all of us 😀

Cons: There isn't much we didn't enjoy! We had minor problems with the oven, kettle & extractor fan but they weren't much of an issue really, and all was resolved very quickly. Huge thanks to Judy for her help.
