Pros: Very comfortable and host made me feel welcome from the start good parking as in a private enclosure would recommend a stay here and will return when next in the area shops and take aways close by so is transport buses pass just outside into Basildon center

Cons: Wasn't much I didn't like nice place and a good night's sleep
