Grove House Hotel

Not bad. Would consider staying again

Pros: Client was a bit late getting to the hotel. the manager called to inquire as to when the client would arrive. The manager made themselves available for the client and even offered to upgrade the room. The client had a good night's sleep and a hot breakfast in the morning.

Cons: The reception area closes early unlike most mainstream hotels.

Pros: The rooms are simple but clean, lovely staff and great value for money. We also enjoyed the freshly made breakfast.

Would definetaly stay at this hotel again.

Pros: A lovely hotel in a good location. A lovely comfortable room with all the extras, tea coffee etc.. Traditional breakfast was very good and very filling. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, good facilities & shower, friendly staff.

Cons: Parking was a little tight.

Pros: I was pleased with how quiet it was despite being near the A12 bypass, drinks making facilities were plentiful there was even some Earl Gray tea, room was nice and warm as much needed central heating came on with Storm Amy blowing hard outside

Cons: the shared bathroom was a bit chilly to have a shower because the windows and door were open to another room allowing the gales to blow through the corridor outside my room

Pros: Room very clean, comfortable & spacious. Hotel is on A12 but can't hear any noise from traffic. Ideal base to explore Suffolk. Plenty of parking spaces

Cons: Nothing to complain about everything spot on.

Pros: Lovely hotel, in great location for the wedding we were attending, staff very helpful, we clean and tidy, would definitely stay again if visiting the area

A nice place for a short stay.

Pros: Very comfortable room, nice bathroom, very clean. Well stocked tea making facilities. Quiet, no noise from other guests. Lovely garden with attractively decorated gazebo for guests to relax.

Cons: The bar & restaurant were closed, so I had to go out for food in the evening. As the hotel is quite a distance from the town, this wouldn't be great for longer staying guests with no transport. The vegetarian breakfast was was the same price as the standard full english, but with no substitute for the bacon & sausage. Perhaps provide a couple of veggie sausages. The orange juice tasted like orange squash.

Woodbridge is an interesting place to visit and I would recomend this accommodation.

Pros: The accommodation very clean. Nice tea / coffee facility. We had a very tasty and filling breakfast. Ample and easy parking.

Cons: On very busy road but room was not noisy.

Pros: good breakfast and close to the centre of Woodford it takes about 15 minutes to walk
