Warm friendly Inn! Fabulous staff!

Pros: What a great place. A pub/inn I would always like to visit for its ambience, friendly staff great food and drinks. To stay here and catch the train to Ipswich (6 minutes) was a real bonus. A very enjoyable stay. Recommended.

Working away in suffolk

Pros: Lovely pub great room great staff, i cant remember their names, too much estrella 😁 im working more in this area and would only use this pub for my stay, excellent 👍

Pros: The room was bigger than expected and warm in a cold evening. The continental breakfast included was welcome and the staff were friendly.

Pros: Accessible, very functional and friendly staff. Easy check in and out and quiet.

Cons: The only issue was the creaky bed which was rather hard.

Absolutlely fabulous!

Pros: The wonderful staff were so amazing. They were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for us even though they were really busy. The food and drinks provided were amazing! Never been anywhere like it, that was so generous in their offering. Beds were comfy, rooms were a great size. I'd stayed somewhere in the Cotswolds 3 nights before, and I know about location being priced in, but how much better value this stay was to there was huge. The Railway was SO much better. Breakfast was lovely too. Handy for a station to get into Ipswich as an added bonus.

Cons: Maybe reserved parking for overnight guests?

Really lovely room above the super pub with great staff and super food.

Pros: For visiting family in Ipswich this suited all our needs: location, comfort and price. Niche accommodation above the lovely pub that served a cracking breakfast and hosted us very well.
