Perfect stopover

Pros: Very easy to find, easy to park, quick check in, warm room and a drink in 10 minutes! Good location for lots of places, Ipswich, Diss and Newmarket. The bedroom was comfortable and very quiet. Windows do open - you use the hook. Takeaway menus for late Sunday guests seem a thoughtful touch. Lovely breakfast with GF options. Served quickly and hot. Nice coffee. The people we met, Manager, Breakfast, Cleaner all exceptional.

Pros: The room was spacious, good quality mattress and choice of pillows. Bathroom was of good quality. Everything was nice and clean. Air con available for the warmer months. Staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was of excellent quality and evening meals were fantastic.

Fabulous pub with rooms and really good food

Pros: Fabulous old school pub with comfortable rooms, large car park, proper bar with plenty of friendly locals and their dogs, super staff, really good dinner and breakfast, walks nearby, great value, thoroughly recommended.

Pros: As it was Christmas breakfast was continental only but there was plenty of gorgeous food and we were very impressed.
