Pros: The property was very pleasant & in a peaceful setting & also very convenient for our needs. Hazel was a very friendly & welcoming host.

Pros: Hazel is a very friendly, chatty host. The breakfast was very good quality, the annex room was very clean and comfortable beds. A lovely place to stay.

Warm and welcoming stay

Pros: The B&B was clean, warm, and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, with a TV, kettle and the makings for tea and coffee. Hazel and her husband were delightful and easy to chat with, and the cooked breakfast was the tastiest I've had in a long time. The price was very reasonable, and I recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Though bear in mind that your satnav might lie - mine sent me to the manor, not the estate! If you end up there, turn around, turn right at the end of the driveway, then take the first right onto the estate. Then keep following the road, past all the houses and following the signs, and you'll find it at the end. A welcome sight after driving through the dark, wet night.

A delightful place to stay, with an excellent friendly hostess.

Pros: Lovely breakfast, beautiful location, a warm welcome and a very comfortable room. A lovely, spacious, very well-appointed bathroom too. A nice generous hospitality tray, and the little fridge in the room was very useful. Thank you Hazel for looking after us so well!

Cons: I don't think improvement would be possible - everything was great!

Very nice property, lovely owner, very nice breakfast

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Location quiet and green, pleasant garden all around.

Cons: Somewhere to sit when putting your shoes on to go out, but this is all I can think of!

Good quality accommodation with great breakfast!

Pros: Location, room & bathroom excellent & breakfast fabulous. The hostess (Hazel, the owner) couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating - and boy, can she talk!

Cons: Not so much about dislike, but of the two rooms available one is in the owner's own home - a reasonable sized upstairs 'dormer' bedroom and bathroom. Although quite private, it wouldn't have been our preference but the quality & cleanliness of the room etc were excellent.

Battle of Britain temporary barracks!

Pros: Hazel was exceptional. The property and surroundings were more than we expected.
