The Cosy Place near centre

Pros: The apartment was lovely clean and comfortable. very spacious. highly recommended this place.

Warm, well equipped, comfortable

Pros: Bedroom well back from the road so i didn't hear traffic. Fluffy towels, comfortable mattress, lovely kitchenette -- even had tea/coffee/milk provided. Warm. If i wanted i could even use the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cons: I didn't need to see views --- so happy to keep blinds shut. (empty swimming pool outside) I was out and about visiting so didn't need a 'view'. I do not see this as a negative --- the place was an excellent base

Pros: Everything. Lovely space. Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Most things you need. Easy access. Parking space. Near to to places we went to

Cons: The heating was nice bit Personally for me a bit warm . Others may like the warmth

Pros: This is a great little place. I have stayed here before and really like how nice, clean and comfortable the flat is.

Cons: The only thing (and this is being really picky here) is that the shower takes some time to warm up and then it can be tricky to find the right temp, but it's absolutely fine once you get there.

Pros: Place was equipped with everything and more. Comfy bed and cosy room.

Cons: Property is right by quite busy road so first it was difficult to locate which one is it and then getting in and out was a bit stressful.

Pros: It was a wonderful place so clean and the whole experience of staying there was amazing and hopefully we will stay there again in the near future. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to stay in Ipswich.

A cosy place in Ipswich

Pros: The title describes this studio perfectly. Clean, modern and adequate space for two and as the other reviews stated, a very comfortable bed. Private parking right outside your door, It's a 15 minute walk to The George (a fabulous gastropub) and 15 minutes more to the waterfront for a great night out in Ipswich. Ken is a great host, very attentive and welcoming, a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights in Ipswich.

Cons: The shower, you have to have safe cracking abilities to find the perfect temperature, if you're only human then you may suffer third degree burns or hypothermia!
