Hosts are very friendly and helpful, great stay!!

Pros: Easy to find, instructions for getting the keys and check out were very easy to follow. Bathroom looked great! And everything was very obviously cleaned well and well presented.

Cons: Only qualm was that the bed was a bit small for me, but with my height that’s pretty standard.

Cozy, affordable, Great hosts

Pros: Check in was easy with clear instructions, the room was spotless, comfortable bed, little noise heard from the room

A lovely nights stay whilst away with work , great location very quiet but close enough to walk into town, plenty of pub

Pros: Very clean , parking for my van , bed was super comfortable, bathroom clean and an excellent shower, easy check in , very quiet location. Close enough to walk into town

It was ideal for 3 night stay, whilst visiting family.

Pros: It was in a good location for the train station, the hosts were friendly, everything was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy!

Cons: I felt it needed blinds/shutters at the windows for privacy! Also maybe a make-up mirror on the desk, could be helpful.

Quiet, but central, and very comfortable.

Pros: It was in an easy to find central location in Royston. It’s a vey clean and well cared for property, and the hosts were great.

Cons: The only slight downside with the property was that parking wasn’t possible on the first night, but as the station is only a five minute walk, I left my car there.

Great value and very welcoming

Pros: Antony's willingness to help me find out where I could watch the football match. I also loved my Lindore chocolate - they are my favourites 😍

Pros: Booked for one night. Very good communication regarding check-in/out and local knowledge for breakfast options. Seemed friendly from the messages I received, before, during and after the stay. Very easy to check-in and check-out. Very clean. Bathroom looked brand new. Perfect for a short work trip.

Cons: Information on where I could park but it was easy to find a space when I arrived.

Perfect for my needs

Pros: I needed somewhere to sleep for two nights. Anthony and his partner were responsive, helpful, friendly, and unobtrusive. Position was great for the train station and town. There's a good chip shop very nearby, Kelly's Cakes and a small shop and Post Office on Queens Road. And town is barely a 4 minute walk. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and everything worked. Comfortable bed and bright room.
