Central Brentwood House

Pros: The property was in an excellent location for the purpose of our visit. As one of the party had limited mobility they found the stairs a challenge but that was not the fault of the property just an inconvenience for the party members.

Cons: There were no dislikes of the property.

Great location. Host was always available to any questions Checked in daily which was great

Pros: Location was perfect. Close to high street restaurants and shops. Parking g was also available to us which was great. A lovely welcome pack on arrival with breast and treats.

Cons: Man bedroom was small. Mattress was soft but that’s a personal choice. No cleaning products ie dishwasher tablets wipes etc. I personally like to keep my space tidy. As we were there for 3 nights a cleaning kit would have been great for me.

Lovely little house, comfy and great for purpose. Immaculately clean and tidy

Pros: Really comfy, beds and the sheets were particularly lovely. Nice welcome basket with some food left for us. Hosts were contactable if I had a query/problem. Few Christmas decorations up which was a nice touch. Some really good mod cons in property too to use

Cons: It was a smidge small but the host made very good use of the space and it didn’t feel cramped or difficult.

Pros: Vcelku dobře vybavené ubytování za přijatelnou cenu. Terasa pro kuřáky. Vyhřívaný záchod. Rychlé připojení k internetu. Víceméně jsme dostali to, co jsme čekali, takže spokojenost. Dejte si pozor na sprchu, ať se neopaříte, člověk se s tím musí trochu naučit pracovat. Pokud máte pohybové problémy, zvažte, jestli je pro vás ubytování vhodné - jsou zde schody do druhého patra bez zábradlí a horní patro dvoupatrové postele není pro každého.

Cons: Firma zastupující ubytování mě nutila pod výhrůžkou možného zrušení rezervace zaplatit vyšší částku přes nějaký portál mimo booking.com a odsouhlasit nějaké podezřelé podmínky s chybějícími kusy textu. Nakonec vše dopadlo ok i bez toho, ale bylo to stresující a působilo to neseriózně. Najdou se nějaké nepodstatné drobnosti týkající se ubytování. Utěrka na nádobí pouštěla vlákno tak moc, že se nedala používat. Odpad ve sprše odtíká pomalu. Schránka s klíči se špatně hledá ve tmě. A pár takových věcí, ale nic, co by byl velký problém.
